The first way is when I close my eyes and ask the spirits to send me the image I will see it like you might see a dream. Full color, 3D, and there can be movement. It completely fills my “vision”.

The second way is when I close my eyes and try to tune in on the energy of a person in front of me. In that case, I will see more of a transparent image on the black screen of my eyeballs. Sort of like an afterimage, but it’s coming in more strongly and more clearly. It moves with my eyeballs so if I turn my eyeballs up and down the picture moves with it to stay centered. I can open my eyes and still see this image floating around the way you might if you looked at the sun and then at someone else; you’d still see an afterimage.

The third way is when I keep my eyes open but am able to somehow train my third eye on the screen inside my head. This is why you will often see psychics looking sort of at you but through you at the same time because though their physical eyeballs are looking at you, their third eye is not and if they are focused on it it will look like they are dazed or unfocused. They are actually looking at the screen in their head, it might even be on a different plane, I’m not sure.

I’ve always wondered what psychics really mean when they say “see an image”. For example, the blonde girl. It’s probably not being seen with the physical eye balls… So is she / the image overlayed wherever you look with your eyeballs, or do you have to have your eyes closed to “see the image”… Or is it deeper than that, like an impression as opposed to physical manifestation..? Still, “blond woman in a turquoise shirt sitting at a table with a pleased smile on her face” seems very specific for just an “impression”. Silly question, but it’s always been a hang up for me.

In short, what does it mean to psychically “see an image of a thing”?
