I believe it’s the ascended masters, and other guides on the higher planes, who do the assigning.

Who is doing all the assigning? Given how many people are born every second, and how many die every second it must be an extremely hectic process.

i dont understand…if people reincarnate then how are all our relatives etc. available on the other side? How could they have reincarnated into another human being and still be available on the other side for psychics to ‘see’.

I guess one answer would be some choose to reincarnate and some choose to stay on the other side, but if that is the case why does every psychic when asked ‘how is so and so’ say they are doing good on the other side etc… I never hear a psychic say ‘your deceased father isn’t around you because he reincarnated and is somewhere in asia as a baby girl … or whatever.
