How long are the readings?
You can book a 15, 30, or 45 minute phone reading. In person readings are 30 or 60 minutes.
What are Erin's hours for readings?
Monday through Friday, from 9:30am to 3:30pm Pacific time. Occasionally you can get an appointment outside those hours depending on time zone and circumstances.
How recent does the photo have to be?
When you book your reading you'll be asked to send Erin a photo of yourself. Try to send a photo that is less than 2 years old. Try to send a photo of you alone, but if you are asking about another person it is helpful for Erin to see their photo as well. Please make sure the photo is large enough to make out your features and that you are not wearing sunglasses.
Does Erin do readings for people outside the United States?
Yes Erin does readings internationally all the time. She will phone you even if you live in Australia, Hong Kong, Brazil, etc. Just make sure you speak English well enough that she can understand you and that your accent isn't too thick.
Can you predict my future and tell me what to do?
Guides don't tell people what to do, however they will let you know what is likely going to happen if you continue down the path you're on, or if you take a new path. This is valuable information because it can shave years off your learning curve, and help you find fulfillment faster. The future is not set in stone, nothing is predetermined. You must make your own choices, but your guides will help you understand where your paths lead so you can make an informed decision. Read Erin's article for more details: What's Going To Happen?
Do I need to give Erin any background information about me for the reading to work?
No, not at all. Erin will connect with your guides, higher self, angels, and deceased relatives who will communicate the most important messages they think you need to hear. Then they'll answer specific questions for you as time permits.
I signed up for a 30-minute reading but now I'd like a 45-minute reading. Can I upgrade?
Yes, as long as you give some advance notice. You'll be charged the difference in price and get a 45-minute appointment instead.
Is 30 minutes enough time for a full reading?
Yes definitely. For most people 30 minutes is enough time. But if you have a lot of questions or want to go in depth into a lot of areas you'll probably be happier with a 45-minute reading.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
If you cancel more than 24 hours before your reading, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of your reading you will forfeit your fee since that slot has been reserved for you and cannot easily be filled by another person with short notice. If you need to reschedule your reading due to illness or emergency, please contact Erin as soon as possible. If she calls you at the scheduled time and you are not there, there will be no refund. Due to the output of time and energy, there are no refunds for completed readings. No exceptions.
Will Erin be able to connect with my deceased relative or friend?
Erin will tell you if she feels the presence of a deceased person as they usually come through at the beginning of a reading. If there is someone specific you want to get in contact with, you can ask Erin if that person is present, but there are no guarantees that person will come through during a reading. It can help if you email Erin a photo of the deceased person you're trying to reach.
Will our conversation be confidential?
Yes, Erin and you are the only people who will hear the reading. Erin sometimes discusses readings in a general manner in her blog entries but would not use your real name or identifying attributes. You may, however, provide Erin with a testimonial if you desire, which will be put in the Testimonial section.
Can I record our phone reading?
Erin does not currently offer recordings of readings. You are strongly encouraged to take notes during your reading. If you have the equipment to record your reading on your end, you may do so.
What happened to the email readings?
Erin used to offer readings via email but for a variety of reasons discontinued them. For more information on that, read this blog entry.
Where are in-person readings conducted?
Erin lives in Las Vegas, so if you book an in person reading with her, she will come to your hotel or arrange another suitable place. When she travels, she does all readings in her hotel room. Sign up for her newsletter or check her travel schedule for more information.
Do I need to do anything special to prepare for a reading?
Write down some questions or at least the areas you want covered. Doing a little meditation or some deep breathing ahead of time will increase your vibration and will help Erin connect. Also read, Preparing for your Intuitive Reading for a lot more information.
How do you receive your intuitive information? Do you use tarot cards or what?
Erin is clairvoyant and clairaudient. She uses no cards or other divination tools. She is a mental medium.
Do you offer a payment plan?
At this time no payment plans are offered. You must pay for your reading in full to reserve your spot. Due to Erin's heavy reading schedule, appointments cannot be confirmed until payment is made. Once payment is received you will receive appointment options within 24-72 hours.
