Intuitive Readings Faq

How long are the readings?
Phone readings are 30 minutes or 60 minutes, in-person readings are 60 minutes. Consultations are either 30 minutes or 60 minutes. You can also get a combination reading/consultation for 60 minutes.

How recent does the photo have to be?
Try to send me a photo that is less than 2 years old. Try to send a photo of you alone, but if you are asking about another person it is helpful for me to see their photo as well. Please make sure the photo is large enough for me to make out your features, that you are not wearing sunglasses, and don't send me the back of your head (yes people do this, I don't know why).

Do you do readings for people outside the United States?
Yes I do readings internationally all the time. I will phone you even if you live in Australia, Hong Kong, Brazil or wherever. Just make sure you speak English well enough that we can understand each other. If your English is a little rusty it can take twice as long for me to explain what they're saying and it becomes frustrating for everyone. I pay for the phone call so you don't have to worry about phone charges.

Can you predict my future and tell me what to do?
Often during readings the guides will tell my clients things that are going to happen in the future. But the future is not set in stone, so any information you get in a reading can be changed by free will (usually). Guides won't tell you what to do, but they will explain the consequences (good and bad) of your choices.

Do I need to give you any background information about me for the reading to work?
No, not at all. I will connect with your guides, higher self, angels, and deceased relatives who will communicate the most important messages they think you need to hear. Then they'll answer specific questions for you.

If I sign up for a 60-minute combo and end up wanting just a 60-minute reading can I just switch during our call?
Yes people do this frequently. If you sign up for a 60-minute combo or a 60-minute reading you can switch to the other if you tell me when we get on the phone. What you can't usually do is extend a 30-minute reading into a 60-minute reading because more than likely I will have already booked another reading right after yours.

I signed up for a 30-minute reading but now I'd like to upgrade to a 60-minute reading. Can I?
Yes, as long as you tell me with some advance notice. I'll charge you the difference in price and give you one of my hour-long appointment slots.

Is 30 minutes enough time for a full reading?
Yes it appears to be. For most people 30 minutes is enough time. But if you have a lot of questions or want to go in depth into a lot of areas you'll probably be happier with a 60-minute reading.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than 24 hours before your reading, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of your reading I regret that I will be unable to process a refund as it doesn't give me enough time to move someone else up in the queue. If you need to reschedule your reading due to illness or emergency, please let me know as soon as possible. If I call you at the scheduled time and you are not there I will reschedule with you one time. If you fail to be at the next appointment you will not receive a refund.

Will you be able to connect with my deceased relative or friend?
Sometimes I'm able to connect directly with deceased relatives, and sometimes I do not detect them present at a reading. I won't know until I tune in. Sometimes the guides will give me information about a deceased loved one even if they aren't present themselves. If the only reason you want a reading with me is to connect with a deceased loved one then you might be better served finding someone who specializes in being a medium.

Will our conversation be confidential?
Yes, you and I are the only people who will hear the reading. I sometimes discuss readings in a general manner but I won't use your real name. You may, however, provide me with a testimonial if you desire, which I will put in the Testimonial section.

Can I record our phone reading?
If you have the equipment to do such a thing then I am fine with that. At this time I am not offering that service. I encourage you to take notes that you can refer back to later. Most people either take written notes or use their computers to type out notes.

What happened to the email readings?
I used to offer readings via email but for a variety of reasons discontinued them. For more information on that, read this blog entry.

What do I do if I can't make my scheduled appointment?
Let me know as soon as possible if you can't make your appointment. Sometimes I need to reschedule when I'm sick and I'll let you know that as soon as possible too. If you have to reschedule more than twice, however, I will refund your money and ask you to book again when you're sure you're ready.

Where do you conduct in-person readings?
I live in Las Vegas so if you live around here or are traveling here you may want to avail yourself of an in-person reading with me. I will meet you at a location that we decide upon, so if you don't have a car or other transportation, don't worry, I will come to you. Usually I meet at the client's hotel room, or their home (if they are a local), or in a park when the weather is nice. I also travel and do readings while on the road, so sign up for my newsletter to find out if I'll be in your area.

Do I need to do anything special to prepare for a reading?
Write down some questions or at least the areas you want me to cover. Doing a little meditation or some deep breathing ahead of time will increase your vibration and that will help me connect. Also read, Preparing for your Intuitive Reading for a lot more information.

How do you receive your intuitive information? Do you use tarot cards or what?
No tarot cards, just me and my divine connection. I'm clairvoyant, clairaudient, and claircognizant. When I first tune in the guides will send me a metaphor/image or they'll just start talking to me. It varies. As the reading goes on, the connection usually gets stronger.

Can you just answer 1 question for me for a reduced fee?
Opening up the conduit to answer just one question is a big waste of time and energy. It's like getting God on the line and asking just one question. When I open the line, so to speak, your guides and higher self will have a lot to share with you. They don't want to just answer one question, they want to share information, wisdom, insight, and knowledge with you. Out of respect for the guides and the process, I don't do readings to answer just 1 question. 30 minutes is the minimum.

Can you answer a question for me before I book a reading to prove you're really psychic?
No, I don't work that way. For one, I don't have time to do that for everyone who asks. Also, if you don't trust me I won't be able to read for you anyway; you'll block my connection. In addition, I can't connect without your voice or a photo, and I'm not going to take the time to acquire all of that just to prove to you I'm for real. Read through my testimonials, read through my blog to get to know me, and when you're ready, book a reading. Or let your friends and family give you referrals to a psychic they trust.

Do you offer a payment plan?
No, I don't. But you have a few options. First, save up the money and sign up when you're ready (but never spend money you don't have to hire a psychic). Borrow the money from a friend and make payments to them. Find a psychic that's more in your price range. Find a budding young psychic who is doing readings for free and wants to practice with you.
