If you would like to apply for one of the coaching slots, please fill out this form and Erin will contact you to
discuss your suitability for the program.
As slots are extremely limited, applying is not a guarantee of being selected.
Payment: If you are selected, you will be paying monthly by the first of each month. Please do not apply
if you are not ready, willing, and able to make at least a 3-month financial commitment to this program.
Responsibility: By applying, you understand that while coaching can result in potentially life-changing
results, that you and you alone are responsible for your actions, life situation, and results.
How it works: If you are selected, you will work with Erin to create a personalized program which will
include phone calls, email, and text exchanges (and in person sessions if nearby). There is no limit to the
amount of time you can use each month. You can call, email or text Erin as often as you like. Erin will
respond to all communications as soon as she is able, but definitely within 48 hours.
