Health Goal Update for March 30, 2009

This will be a short update as I don’t have much to report that’s new. Weight came down a little this week.  It was 196.0 for most of the week.  Went to a buffet breakfast yesterday and did a little better than I usually do, but it’s clear to me that buffets are a bad choice for me, so I have no plans to go back.  This morning’s weight was 196.4. I took measurements on the 20th so I could see if I’m losing inches.  Today I checked them all again and they are exactly the same.  Sigh.  I know
