Last night I recorded a podcast on the subject of Lucid Dreaming for Steve’s site. If you’re interested in learning how to have lucid dreams, give it a listen. It’s just under 12 minutes.

You don’t need any special software or hardware to listen to it. Just click on the link and it will start playing through your speakers. You can also download it and listen to it later.
