If you’re like most humans, you sometimes hear a little voice in your mind that says things to you that aren’t really all that positive, friendly or helpful. The other night I was having dinner with a friend. At some point I mentioned that I was ready to get back into exercising but the logistics were a nightmare. Should I join a gym?
