Signs and Confirmations

Something really unexpected but very intriguing has been happening to me ever since I started doing all the readings. I was doing a reading a few weeks ago and the spirit was telling my sitter (the person I’m reading for) about the duck that can’t fly. Of all the images this spirit was sending, this was the only one my sitter didn’t understand. We filed it away for later. The very next morning I was at a restaurant having breakfast and right behind me on a counter were 5 wooden ducks. Ducks that can’t fly. I thought it was a funny coincidence but didn’t think much more about it.
A week later I was doing an email reading and the metaphorical image I was sent pertained to a wooden throne with a crown on top. The next day I happened to go into a furniture store I’ve never been in and deep in the corner of this store I stopped dead in my tracks. Right there before me was the exact throne I saw in my vision. Down to the exact detail of the crown on top of the throne. I literally stood there with my mouth gaping open for a few minutes as I absorbed the staggering coincidence. This piece of furniture was so out of place in this store. It was like it was put there as an afterthought.
In another reading I did recently the image included a scene from a Star Trek: Next Generation episode where Riker is given Q-like powers and gives Geordi the ability to see without his visor. The metaphorical image I was getting was all about Geordi and his visor and how important that extra sight was to him. The very next day as I was flipping channels I saw that exact episode on television.
During another reading the image I saw was of the silver grill of a black Rolls Royce (or Mercedes, I confuse the two) bearing down upon me, where my perspective was such that I was at ground level. A few weeks after that reading I saw that very same scene at the beginning of the X-Men 3 movie. It was like pieces of these metaphorical images were manifesting for me.
In another reading, the Wizard of Oz played a prominent role, and the next day I caught a Chef Boyardee commercial where the Tin Man was being chased by a bunch of hungry people.
These are just a few of the examples I can remember off the top of my head. I’ve had probably 2 dozen of these “sightings.” But it’s as if the spirits are sending me these signs as confirmations that the information I’m receiving is definitely from them and not my own ego or logic. It’s like a nod from the spirits every time I see one of the metaphorical images manifest.
I’m getting more and more clarity as I do each reading. I can feel my connection with the ether getting much stronger, and I am so thrilled. And I want to send out a big thank you to the spirits for confirming these images I’m seeing by sending me so many signs. Keep ‘em coming! I hear you!

I consider myself a TV psychic. Many, many times I’ll hear a line from an episode of a favorite show or movie in my head and later that day I’ll catch that exact show or movie on TV. Maybe it’s because I used to literally study the TV Guide as a kid. Not exactly a world-improving psychic skill, but it keeps me amused.

How amazing for people who have this extra ordinary gifts. Enhance it and use it for good. Not many people have this kind of gift that you have.

so why do the guides send you pictures which are (or will be) of relevance to you rather than the sitter?

HI Roman,
They send me images that will be for the sitter. They just follow it up for me in real life so I know the images I’m getting are really from them. Remember that the pictures they send me are metaphors, so my sitters won’t (usually) see them in real life.

Glad to hear that these signs are confirming that the images are coming from the spirit guides and not a product of your logical mind… as I’m guessing the Wizard of Oz reading was mine!

Great posts. I’ve had several similar experiences, always accidentially of course as I haven’t tried intentionally to hone any of my psychic skills.
Since I’ve been reading your families posts I feel more aware and alive without even trying =)

One thing that I fail to understand that what does signs that has been shown to you meant and what you are gonna do with that? How do you feel? Thrilled, excited or nervous! Do let me know!!

I do’t consider myself to be a psychic or anything, but reading your post I couldn’t help but think this sort of thing happen to me all the time. I dream about things that happen afterwards, either the next day or weeks later, even. Coincidences and images so clear that my skeptical mind has trouble understanding. Interesting…

I am very into Abraham-Hicks. I subscribe to the monthly CDs, then rip the tracks onto my mp3 player. I often listen to all of my music, and the abe tracks on random, because i am always fascinated with what music or abraham tracks play. I am so accustimed to listening to abraham that when I get flustered, or I need a reminder of some sort, I will hear a quote from one of their CDs in my head. =) And usually I sort of hear it.. as if my attention isnt quite there, and then I hear it a couple more times, and if i really do not listen, then it never fails to come up next time I turn on my mp3 player. lol
Your TV experience reminded me of that a bit.
I am always trying to develope my ability to communicate with my guides, so when I get ANY sort of communication, even that stuff, I always appreciate it, and give thanks for it, and pat myself on the back– because i see it as a sign as well that I am in alignment with what I want, and I know when we appreciate something, we get more of it. =)
